The planning, creation, logistics, administration, promotion and follow-up of high quality conferences, seminars, workshops, foras, events, road shows, exhibitions and corporate events are core to our business. We have successfully managed events for groups ranging in size from 7 to 65,000.

Years of experience not only mean we set logistical benchmarks with each new event but, crucially, the communication elements constantly evolve.

BMS also produces and organises series of high profile events, including Celebrating Africa (the biggest annual African arts festival in UK) in partnership with British Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum and other organisations both from the UK and overseas, especially from Africa.

To be able to organise such events, BMS has to manage varied competencies, analyse its target groups, network efficiently, develop effective partnerships with venues, sponsors, government agencies, etc. BMS has eventually become a master of all these over the last six years of successful experiences.
