Delegate Support Services and Facilities

BMS Consultancy Ltd prides itself on catering for its delegate requirements. We provide a number of complementary services to ensure our delegates are well look after and have no extra curricular difficulties while attending our programmes.

Here are some of our complementary services.

• Hotel and Accommodation - Participants would be send lists of recommended hotels and apartments, with preferential rates exclusive to our delegates. We can make the booking for you too if needed. Click here to see list of hotels and apartments
• Food and Refreshments - Light refreshments and lunch will be provided throughout the programme. Please let us know if you require any special diet.
• Transportation and Travel Arrangements - to and from the airport and accommodation (subject to arrangement). Support and information on local transport: trains, buses, car hire and airlines. Including support with reconfirmation of airline ticket.
• Business Centre and Internet Facilities – available including secretarial and messaging services – to send / receive emails and faxes, to read newspapers and magazines from home and anywhere in the world.
• Disability Access and Facilities – provide a welcoming and friendly environment, which is supportive to people with disabilities. The centre has good accessibility and facilities for individuals with disabilities.
• Learning Resource - access to University of East London Docklands Library, opens at 10 am and closes at 5pm. On-line access 24 hours 7 days. The Library provides a wide range of books, e-Books, videos, DVDs and Journals.
• Religious facilities - access to prayer places
• Relaxation and Exercise – a new outdoor gym is located behind the Business School and Library Building.
