Course aims: 

This programme is about practising and applying HSE management best practice. It will provide participants with a complete understanding of new developments and the modern philosophy of Health & Safety and Environment management.

The programme will give a practical guide to HSE management systems and the management systems associated with it including; policy, organisation, planning, implementation, measuring performance and auditing and reviewing performance.

The programme will also look at proactive approach to risk assessments and management as well as risk control systems plus an introduction to HAZOP.
