Partnership
BMS Consultancy seeks to build a collaborative relationship with you, the client, where real issues are surfaced, jointly owned and worked on. This kind of relationship offers the best chance of achieving success in each project whereby the problem stays solved and, crucially, where you are able to solve similar problems in the future.

Research: data collection and diagnosis
BMS Consultancy will work to discover the underlying dimensions of the issue. We will investigate the presenting problem, the background to the problem, its symptoms/ causes and effects. 

Feedback/ Decision Making
We will present findings and recommendations in a straightforward and honest way and seek mutual agreement on the way forward.

Developing Strategy
Once a way forward is established we will work with you to develop an integrated strategy that will address the need and achieve a successful outcome.

Monitoring and Evaluation
Performance indicators will be built into the whole consulting process. This will provide a means of measuring outcomes and demonstrate the cost/benefit of the learning strategies used in relation to your organisation gain.
