We offer range of retreats designed to provide your management, board of directors, departments, divisions, committees or team excellent quality time and space away from the usual day-to-day work environment to enhance their working relationships and explore more deeply issues facing them.

Our retreats goes beyond typical learning programmes. Using a unique mix of facilitation, consulting and action-learning sessions, plus recreational activities BMS Consultancy's retreats are designed to provide a good relaxing, challenging, innovative and simulative thinking environment for better collaboration, brain-storming, and decision-making.

We can help you with expert support, resource and organise your retreats from start to finish. Together with planning, design, facilitation, report writing, administration, logistics, venue, accommodation and travel arrangement, etc.  We can also add outdoor activities, cultural or tour exploration as part of the retreat.

Retreats process and outcomes

All our retreats are lead by excellent skilled facilitators and consultants with expertise in organisational management, leadership and board development, strategic planning and team dynamics, they will:

  • Start by working in partnership with you to clarify the aims and objectives of the retreat, so that they are clear, far-reaching and achievable
  • Develop an agenda with you that addresses the issues that you need to address
  • Prepare and involve participants in order to obtain the maximum benefit from the retreat (usually by asking them to complete a questionnaire, task or read some documents) prior to attending the retreat
  • Design and facilitate stimulating sessions, that will lead participants through a series of powerful and experiential activities supported by group discussion with time for personal reflection.
  • Ensure participants understands and agrees on the vision, future direction and actions
  • Assist participants to develop a comprehensive action plan that addresses the issues raised from the retreat
  • Document the results of the retreats to capture the key decisions and prepare a report for you
  • Provide you follow-up additional support sessions and/or consulting (optional)
  • Most of provide you insight and candid feedback that yields significant result

The duration of a typical retreat is 1 - 3 days
